Nos negócios há uma diferença entre abrir a porta e entrar.
“A solução destranca a porta, mas o que nos faz entrar são os detalhes!”
Ouvir é bem diferente de escutar, quando escutamos somente, a solução é rasa.
Quando ouvimos, lapidamos a solução e ai, de fato resolvemos a questão que nos foi colocada.
A necessidade do cliente deve ser ouvida com atenção e não são somente as palavras, mas a forma como são ditas, os valores nelas implícitos e aquilo que podemos ver ao nosso redor.
O que este cliente valoriza?
Como ele interpreta as mensagens?
O que lhe motiva?
Qual o grau de ansiedade ou necessidade é percebido?
Qual o ponto focal (custos, estratégia, processos, design, sustentabilidade, pessoas, tecnologia)?
Aproximar-se da linha de pensamento do cliente é o caminho mais curto para a entrega da mensagem, pois ela já está no “idioma” necessário à boa compreensão, do ponto de vista técnico e gentil do ponto de vista emocional, ou você acredita que dá para separar o profissional do pessoal?
“Todos nós tomamos decisões envolvendo a razão e a emoção e, acredite, a segunda tem um peso consideravelmente maior.”
Tenha em mente, na hora de planejar a apresentação de uma proposta ou projeto:
- Na abertura, sempre valorizar o que foi solicitado, principalmente, no que se refere aos valores do interlocutor.
- Ir direto ao ponto – qual a solução para a questão apresentada.
- Descrever por que esta solução é o melhor caminho.
A partir deste ponto, todos os levantamentos e o penso que levaram à solução apresentada poderão ser apresentados ao cliente como respostas aos seus questionamentos.
Este trabalho levou à solução, porém ele funcionará como respaldo ao que de mais importante há em um projeto: a executabilidade.
Assim como na vida social, a aparência é o que chama a atenção, porém, a atitude é que gera confiança e constrói a reputação
